She sat there staring me in the eye
She repeatedly asked me " Why Claire, Why"
Her thoughts her ideas is what she would share
suddenly, she made me feel like I was repaired
I sat there smiling wondering how
Then I suddenly realized "Oh! Wow!"
She put her hand right on my heart
The I made a mistake that tore us apart
"Don't worry Claire I'll always be with you"
I looked at the sky wondering who?
I realized it was an angel I was talking to
I gazed at the sky and the heavens above
What flew down from the clouds was a small, white dove
There was an angel on my front porch
