How to balance 12 8-inch spike nails

As soon as Don Voshall showed me,
John Watson, Phil Brown, and Kevin
Spainhour, I went out and bought
the nails. They were 19¢ each.

Bennett and Alice donated the wine
bottle and cork.

Ted Regan donated the small nail.

I sure wish I had spent more time to
figure it out. Now I won't know what
it's like to solve one of the greatest puzzles
on earth.
