Wrangler For Sale

Danny worked all day cleaning up the Wrangler so we can put it up for sale. He’s in charge of selling it and gets a commission. We plan on parking it up at the local auto show (Home Depot parking lot.) He and I also posted it on Craigslist.com…

  1. Danny, commissions on cars can be much more rewarding than cutting lawns. But, we have a “deal” I still need at least one more lawn job! Good luck!

  2. Well that was fast. We got three calls off Craigslist and two from the parking lot at Home Depot. First test drive was a family friend who coincidentally spotted us on Craigslist, but they were a little nervous about getting a Jeep. The second test drive decided to buy it. They offered DC $7,400, he countered $7,650 and the deal was struck. They will pick up Thursday. Danny did a good job managing all of the calls and appointments.

  3. That seems like a lot for a car that is 10 years old. But selling it direct is the way to go. You’d never have gotten close to that on a trade-in.
